During the month of March, we celebrate Women’s History Month, and champion our commitment to advancing women on March 8, which is International Women’s Day, a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. At Bank of America, we’re committed to improving the lives of women. Bank of America’s ongoing work to invest in women includes our focus on being a great place to work for our female employees, making the financial lives of our female clients and customers better, and advancing the economic empowerment of women around the world. Throughout the month of March, the firm has a number of initiatives planned to celebrate women including matching loans made to our partner Kiva, which provides micro-loans to women entrepreneurs around the world.
